What seemed to be an average Saturday morning turned into a sacred encounter with God. Most would agree, Eucharistic adoration is one of the many undervalued Catholic practices that we as fathers can incorporate into our prayer life to be less distracted by the many responsibilities we carry.

As dads, we need to spend time in the true presence of Jesus in front of the Blessed Sacrament to quiet our minds and allow God‘s grace to flow into our lives.
