“But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah: for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of my people.”
Excerpt:
Saints of God this promise of Bethlehem has been fulfilled. Jesus the Christ of God was born in Bethlehem. But, the story does not stop there. Jesus continues to be born over and over again in the life of anyone who will make their heart a Bethlehem. The promise of Bethlehem is still being fulfilled for anyone who will open themselves up to the new and eternal life that only Jesus the Christ can give.
