Ah, Highland Park, the picturesque distillery from Orkney Islands, land of the Vikings and some seriously unpredictable weather. It's like the whisky gods want to keep you on your toes, just like the flavours in every bottle of Highland Park. 

We sampled a wee dram of the  HP Cask Strength Release No. 3, and it definitely took us for a ride. So pour a dram for yourself and check out some of our thoughts! (if we get a little silly along the way, blame it on the cask strength)
