The Kingdom of God is like a little bit of leaven working its way through 3 measures of flour (think sourdough). As it slowly works its way through, we expectantly wait. As the leaven works its way through it slowly gives rise to the whole, transforming it for the better.

Be aware, though: bad leaven can also infect the whole loaf, so be careful what you sow.
