We decide whether to live by fear or by the completion of Jesus’ sanctifying work of redemption. “God has sons who serve, but He doesn’t have servants who are sons.”  Steve and Diana cover this week’s scriptures finding the continual theme: God wants to Father us into sonship which requires His perfecting work of revealing “Egypt” in our hearts  (scarcity and slave mentalities), yielding our souls to His outcomes, receiving His love, and letting that love then flow from ourselves to others. Even in His Last Supper, Jesus sets many things in place for us to fellowship with Him today (ie. Communion, serving one another, making covenants (steadfastness) in the face of betrayal and human weakness).
