In 2002, Danny Boyle released 28 Days Later, his dour, kinetic take on the zombie genre. It got a sequel five years later, so here we are, 15 years later, to talk about 28 Weeks Later, originally released on May 11, 2007!

28 Weeks Later was directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo from a screenplay by Fresnadillo, Rowan Joffé, E.L. Lavigne, and Jesus Olmo, and starred Robert Carlyle, Rose Byrne, Jeremy Renner, Imogen Poots, and Idris Elba.
