Last week, we practiced being here.

Not fixing. Not rushing. Just arriving.


This week… we listen.


Not to productivity.

Not to the noise.

But to the quiet creative voice that learned to stay silent to survive.


Week 2 is inspired by The Artist’s Way not as a task list, but as a permission slip.

To write without knowing why.

To sit with resistance without judging it.

To create space instead of forcing results.


I’m doing this with you.

Some days I feel inspired.

Some days I don’t want to show up at all.

And that’s part of it.


You don’t have to do this perfectly.

You don’t have to do it every day.

You just have to come back when you remember.


✨ This week’s gentle actions:

  • ​Morning pages (1–3 pages, no rules)
  • ​2 minutes a day of creative stillness
  • ​No fixing, no rereading, no pressure


Creativity doesn’t respond to force.

It responds to safety.
