Fantasy Football Game Plan — DFS Week 3 Breakdown (Stacks, Leverage & Value Plays)
Week 2 went bonkers on the scoreboard… but not always on our DFS sheets. In this episode we speed-review Week 2 (hello, Milly cash with a hobbled Burrow 😅), then go game-by-game for the DraftKings main slate to find this week’s “Russell-at-0.7%” pivots, rookie reality checks, and salary tags that still haven’t caught up.

WR: Rome Odunze (volume still ahead of price), Olamide Zaccheaus (punt vs heavy zone), Dante Thornton (man-beater tourney dart), JSN (alpha usage, TD due)
RB: Bijan Robinson (chalk you can embrace), Jordan Mason (monitor status—free square if starting), Javonte Williams (workload stability), Sean Tucker (deep punt game-script only)
TE: Harold Fannin Jr. (usage > price), Tyler Warren (RZ role)
DST: Colts, Rams, 49ers, Browns (salary relief + sack equity)
Game-by-Game (Main Slate)
DAL @ CHI (50, DAL -1): Chalk magnet. Prefer CD Lamb slate-breaker + value one-offs; sprinkle Javonte… (wrong slate! keep RBs separate) → Cheap dart Zaccheaus if paying up elsewhere.
DEN @ LAC (45.5, LAC -2.5): Passing-lean despite two tough Ds. Herbert stacks with McConkey; Courtland Sutton bounce-back; watch RJ Harvey involvement.
NYJ @ TB (45.5, TB -7): Tyrod is viable salary saver; Bucs lean run—monitor Bucky Irving usage; if blowout, cheap Sean Tucker mop-up only. Mostly under lean.
LV @ WAS (44.5, WAS -3.5): Backup-QB scripts → quick-game to Deebo/Ertz types; tourney dart Dante Thornton on man shots; Jeanty tempting but price-sensitive.
PIT @ NE (44.5, NE -1): Gross can be good. DK Metcalf vs man without Gonzalez; cheap RBs Jalen Warren/Rhamondre both in play; skinny stacks viable.
LAR @ PHI (44.5, PHI -3.5): Fantasy-suppressor vibes. Light interest in AJ Brown as talent bet; otherwise underweight.
HOU @ JAX (44, JAX -1): Elite pass rushes → sacks/punts. Prefer DSTs; thin on WRs though Nico one-off > Brian Thomas Jr. for now.
ARI @ SF (43.5, SF -1.5): Injury-thinned SF offense; pay for CMC or pass; monitor Ricky Pearsall value. Cards RBs murky (Conner inefficiency, Benson role small).
IND @ TEN (43.5, IND -3.5): Many will jam Jonathan Taylor; flip with Colts pass pieces and Michael Pittman (~4.9k) value. Cheap QB bring-back live.
ATL @ CAR (43, ATL -5): Bijan chalk (receiving + breakaway). Garbage-time TMc/Tavian Sanders bring-backs; Falcons pass is thin unless volume ticks up.
GB @ CLE (42.5, GB -8): Love GB defense; WR roulette—Wicks/Golden/Dobbs darts only. Browns DST salary relief, Harold Fannin steady punt.
CIN @ MIN (41.5, MIN -3): Backup QBs = leverage. Jordan Mason chalk if starting; Justin Jefferson stud leverage with backup; cheap Wentz stacks are live.
NO @ SEA (41.5, SEA -7.5): Sub-total stack: Olave (double-digit targets) + JSN one-off; Ken Walker boom path still intact; deep-value Rattler pays tag again if you’re brave.
