This week we're looking at a few segments from 1st Nephi chapters 6-10. Of course, first we read and understand several verses from the scriptures, and then Kelby and I use 4 super simple things as we study: 1) Look for a Lesson; 2) Put Your Own Name in the Scriptures; 3) Ask Questions and Ponder the Answers; and 4) Mark Your Scriptures in a FUN Way! We find so many great lessons, and we don't even do all the activities found on the free worksheets!
Stay tuned for a few fun bloopers at the end.

Don't forget the parable of the snowball: listening to someone else talk about the gospel is like having snowballs thrown at you. Reading the scriptures is like making your own snowball. Taking the time to search, ponder, and pray about what you've read is like rolling the snowball around and around so that it grows and grows. So don't just listen to me - please go read for yourself so your knowledge and testimony can grow and grow!!
