Welcome to a new segment of Where The Map Turns Blue, the Hilton's Synopsis. This is week 4 we are forecasting below average fishing for most of the Northern Gulf, but one thing to get excited about is big tunas showing up off the shelf of Louisiana. It has been so rough that not even the saltiest of Venice charter captains have had a chance to go out there and see if the fish have shown up yet, but for all we know they might be waiting for some poppers to be thrown their way.
