An unidentified person in a white robe reached out to him, providing comfort and safety amidst his depression. This experience, later reinforced by scripture, helped Cisco realize God's plans for everyone, especially the lost. He urges listeners to understand that God is always watching and has a purpose for each person, offering hope and guidance even when they feel lost.
