We got the tech issues fixed and Phil Grammatica joins me to (again) discuss the first steps we take for  developing the right Mental attitude and beginning a simple stretching program to prepare to get fit.It's the first of the year. What better time? This will be the first in a series and we will be adding photos on the site to go along with these in the next few weeks.

There will be No Program on the 23rd. Everyone is off for the Christmas / Holiday break. We will be back on Dec. 30th with a  look at the coming year and some additional class announcements.  I welcome your comments and suggestions  Drop me an email at [email protected] and I'll respond as soon as I can.

The December 29th CPR/AED,First Aid Class is SOLD OUT. There is ONE spot left for the January 19th Class. We are accepting  names for the February class, Date TBA. $50/per. Full details on the Classes page.
