After a few chaotic weekends, we were treated to a weekend slate in the Midwest in which every favorite won outright, while eight of the nine favorites covered the spread. The one who didn't? Ohio State. Coming of its first loss and a bye weekend, the Buckeyes were given all they could handle by a Nebraska squad coming off its own loss. Down now to potentially a third-string LT, is it time for Ohio State fans to panic?

Elsewhere, Oregon looked every bit like a #1 team with surgical trouncing of No. 20 Illinois. Notre Dame continues to put its one loss further into the rearview with a drubbing of previously-undefeated Navy. And do we officially have a QB controversy in State College, after Beau Pribula spelled an injured Drew Allar and guided Penn State to a 28-13 win against upset-minded Wisconsin?
