The Dolphins wrapped up one of the most eventful OTAs in recent memory. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was absent along with a maybe dozen other starters. Star safety Jevon Holland took a shot at former defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. First-round draft pick Chop Robinson sat out for an undisclosed reason, as did last year's top pick, Cam Smith.
