Last week the Nigerian Army acknowledged their involvement in a bomb attack that killed more than 100 civilians who were celebrating Maulud Nabiy at Tudun Biriin in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State. This is not the first time of such “mistakes” in Nigeria. 

We ask: Should someone be held to account? What needs to be done to prevent such tragic incidents in the future?
