Officers spotted a black Chevrolet Monte Carlo with no headlights running a stop sign and attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle eluded, leading to a pursuit terminated for public safety. It crashed off the I-244 northbound ramp to Highway 169. Driver Spencer Davis, 19, and a 15-year-old passenger fled but were caught. Davis charged with child endangerment, eluding, aggravated DUI.
