Chip is a 5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, known for his calm and gentle nature. CD is a lively 3-year-old Pomeranian-Shih Tzu mix.
The Challenge: Teaching Old Dogs New Tricks
My sister decided to teach Chip to shake hands. While I wanted it to be different, I taught CD fist bumping.
After an hour,, Chip was proudly shaking hands while CD learned to touch his paw to my fist however he also amusingly exposed his crotch every time.
