Hello VAPA Community! This is Dr. Trimis with a few announcements! Monday is a holiday this week as we celebrate Cesar Chavez Day. Hola comunidad VAPA! ¡Este es el Dr. Trimis con algunos anuncios! El lunes es feriado esta semana, ya que celebramos el Día de César Chávez.

March is Arts Education Month and Music in Our Schools Month.

We wish all of our juniors continued success as they complete the Smarter Balanced Assessments this week and next week.

Please mark your calendars for the Spring Musical, Little Shop of Horrors, which will play this week Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7 pm as well as on Saturday at 1 pm.

Our year is progressing quickly with only two weeks before Spring Break and several events and programs on the calendar. Please note our school-wide SAT for all juniors is on April 9 and SpringFest is a 5-day event over 3 weeks beginning May 10. Senior Recital and Awards Gala is May 30 and Graduation is June 6. Our Summer Arts Intensives will be June 12-18. VAPA is hosting Summer School and the Summer Bridge Program for new 9th Graders, June 19-July 24.
