Good Evening VAPA High School

community This is Dr. Trimis with a few announcements. Because we have so much

going on this week, our announcements are focused on this week's calendar. Buenas noches comunidad de

 This is Homecoming Week!

First of all, our schedules. Monday is a shortened day, Town Hall Meeting B-Day

schedule from 8 am to 1:55 pm. Homeroom is followed by Periods 4,5, 6, and

7.  Tuesday is a regular A-Day schedule.

Homeroom is followed by Periods 1, 2, 3, and 7. Wednesday is a regular B-Day

schedule. Homeroom is followed by Periods 4, 5, 6, and 7. Thursday is a regular

A-Day schedule. Homeroom is followed by Periods 1, 2, 3, and 7. and, Friday is

a minimum day ending at 1 pm. Homeroom is followed by every class, Periods

1-7.  Events this week include the PSAT

on Wednesday for all 10th graders and some 9th and 11th graders, the National

Shake Drill on Thursday morning and Student-Led Parent Conferences from 5 to 7

pm, the Homecoming Pep Rally on Friday morning and Homecoming football Games on

Friday night at 4 pm and 7 pm, and the Homecoming Dance is on Saturday from 6

to 11 pm. Please remember to complete your federal meal application. The More

than A Meal Campaign is a priority for the district. We can potentially lose

thousands of dollars in funding if all families don't apply which could mean a

loss in staffing, classroom materials, field trips, and other resources. Please
