Today on our weekly lacrosse goalie QnA I got pretty emotional talking about some of our goalies who’ve had some great success recently and why sticking to the work will help you reach your goals.
After not one but TWO conversations with Division One lacrosse goalies I had to fill people in on why the problems don’t go away when you reach the D1 level. In fact, you may find that things haven’t changed at all.
I also answered a question by a lacrosse coach who is also a Pastor down in Orlando, Florida. He’s starting a brand new lacrosse program and wanted some advice on how to make it work.
And finally, I discussed the mechanical differences between the differnt types of goalies and how you can coach it so you don’t mess anyone up.
Enjoy!
