With days left in the 2020 legislative session District 4B Representative Paul Marquart (DFL-Dilworth) hopes state lawmakers can come together with a bonding bill. He also talks about House File Bill 4673 that he authored and passed out of the House Ways and Means Committee Thursday which lays out a plan to allocate over $660 million in federal CARES ACT dollars to counties, cities and townships.
