Joy Weekly is a live LGBTQI+ focused variety show by Joel, Dave & ‘N for Nelly‘, recorded in  Joy 949, Melbourne,

Yes, the boys are a bit insane but never fail to whip up a show that leaves you in stitches!
You might even learn something new, or possibly, become even more confused!
Either way, you’ll be entertained on JOY 94.9, at 6pm (AEST) from the Victorian Pride Centre.

Joy Weekly includes segments such as:

  • “Get It Off Ya Chest” – (basically a big rant by callers in)
  • “Jennifer Watch” – (J’Lo is ‘El Presidenté, Aniston is ‘CEO’, Coolidge is ‘Starlet’ and Keyte is ‘Queen’)
  • “Dave’s Big Question” – (Dave is short, so it’s likely only a medium)
  • “Joel’s Trivia” – (not always a quiz)
  • “Gossip, Gossip, Gossip!” – 
  • “YAY or NAY?”– (AKA “existential question time!”)
  • “This or That” – (you only get ONE free pass)
  • “The Naughty Corner” – (a not fun place where we contain mostly politicians)
  • “Joy Weekly Sports Wrap” – (comes with a side of cold fries)
  • “What’s in Nelly’s Pigeon Hole?” – (nobody knows, especially Nel)
