Weekly planning - I don't go through my mail during the week.  I toss it along with any ideas, shopping items I need, or misc things into my Sunday Basket (see Organize 365 website for this) and then on Sunday I go through everything, write down anything I can think of that I need to get done, bills to pay etc - then I get it all sorted and scheduled on my calendar.
