GRATITUDE

I've been moved to the depths of my heart by thankfulness, as I'm sure you have. Perhaps it is an impact on your life that inspires you to hold gratitude for its very existence. I get that. I really do. The practice now is to see gratitude as an act of mindfulness.

May we all awaken.

May we all be healthy.

May we all be free

Daily Intention: “I’m grateful for the gift of life.”

Meditation Practice:

5-minute gratitude reset meditation with a very special guest. (Hint: our daughter.) This meditation will help to cultivate the practice of being in the now with a full heart. Remember you are training in this practice. Some days it comes easier than others but over time it strengthens. Easy does it, begin again, and be kind. :) Listen here.

Question of the week: “Who are you most grateful for? Why?
