Here is your weekly round-up what’s happening in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, national and international. Controversies are getting synonymous with Andhra Pradesh state government. There is a certain amount of ambiguity between land grabbing and land distribution and Jagan Reddy’s government and TDP are at a tussle. The Supreme Court’s green signal to distribution of lands to economically poor in R-5 zone has met with disappointment from the farming community.

Andhra Pradesh:

While TDP leader Nara Lokesh is sweating it out in the padayatra and his mother Bhuwaneshwari accompanied him on its 100th day. Meanwhile Jagan Reddý’s branded Berluti footwear costing whopping 1,34, 800 in Indian rupees has met with severe criticism from TDP.

It is scorching heat in both Telugu states with temperatures touching 40 degree Celsius by 10 am. Do not step out of the house unless its required, warn doctors and stay hydrated to avoid sunstroke and other complications.

National:

Siddharamaiah is the new CM of Karnataka. D K Shiva Kumar budged under pressure from Congress high command. The Karnataka story is now yet to written, directed and executed as per the poll promises.

CBI got a new boss, this time from Karnataka. Praveen Sood from Karnataka border is the new chief and his first case is going to be now Karnataka new deputy chief minister D K Shiva Kumar’s disproportionate assets case on May 30. Call it destiny!

Jallikattu is now a traditional game and the ruling came in favour of Tamil Nadu government.

Heart warming stories are indeed inspiring. To support Alia Baba a medical student, 200 employees from Gujarat donated a day’s salary. A poor father from Madhya Pradesh literally threw this one year old son on to the stage to grab attention from the Chief Minister. He did it to urge help for the treatment of his child suffering from congenital heart disease.

Kiran Rijju is now new minister for Earth Sciences and Arjun Meghawal will now handle law ministry.

International:

Sports:

Uppala Praneeth from Nalgonda is new grandmaster. He is the 82nd player to get this laurel from India. Praneeth got 2.5 crore funding from the state government.

Sunil Gavaskar rushed to get an autograph from Dhoni at CSK match and this moment will be cherished forever.

Entertainment:

Prabhas donated Rs 10 lakh to Bhadradri Lord Rama temple and prayed for the success of Adi Purush.

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and AAP MLA Raghav Chadha are now engaged and marriage is one the cards, very soon.
