Our Wisden Photograph of the Year competition opens for entries this coming Friday, keep your eyes peeled for announcements on our social media channels. Taking part is free and is open to all photographers – amateur or professional – around the world. The only stipulations are that images must have a cricketing theme, and be taken during the 2023 calendar year.

The best images will appear as the first three colour photographs in the 2024 edition of Wisden Cricketers’ Almanack. The winner will receive £1,000, while the two runners-up will pick up £400 each.

If you spend £20-£50, £5 will be deducted from your total; spend £50-£100 to save £10; spend £100-£150 to save £25; spend £150-£200 to save £45; spend £200-£250 to save £70; and spend over £250 to save a whopping £100.
