So instead of our usual pop culture/TikTok trash, we’re diving into some of the things I do to help myself when I’m feeling like TRASH mentally. Including my biggest takeaways from The Let Them Theory and just how important the “LET ME” part really is.

But before we get into all of that, I share a very personal story in hopes of helping young girls and women recognize the signs of an unhealthy or abusive relationship.

I have SO much anxiety about sharing this story, but I hope that by opening up about my experience, it can help someone else recognize what they might be going through.
