The Pharisees were judging Yeshua because He was healing on the Shabbat. They were focused on form, ritual, on externalities and observance of the Oral Torah. Yeshua is going to declare right ruling (or mishpat) to the nations. The Pharisees wanted the praise and attention of man. Their measuring stick was based on judging others instead of soberly judging themselves. The Pharisees were hearers of the word, knowers of the word, but not doers of the word. When we are hearers only and not doers of the word, we can become deceived and blind. We are to have the Torah written upon our heart. To be a true “Hebrew” we are to walk out the word, and live it out in our lives. Are we a “Jew” or a “Hebrew” outwardly in form, appearance, and externalities or are we a “Jew” or a “Hebrew” in our inner man, inwardly, with the Torah written upon our heart? We are called to walk justly, to do the mishpat,
