Hi there! I'm Matthew Bliss, an Australian Podcast Producer, Editor & Coach living in Ireland. I've been on quite a journey over the last two years, standing up my own business while moving across the world. Expat life suits me, but its a hard slog when rebuilding your life in a new country that doesn't want your skills.

Now I'm ready to come out of the depths of freelance purgatory to share my progress with you every week, so you can keep me accountable and you can join me in a journey of progress.

Fitness: hear about my health improvement journey as I get back into the gym, improve my diet and rehabilitate after staying too close to burnout.
Flow: I have a major interest in workflows, the concept of flow itself, and ways to improve my attention recovery. I'll share what I know and discover with you to hopefully improve too!
Freelance: I've learned a ton about running a podcast business as a freelancer - I'm gonna share my thoughts and improvements as I get better at work/life balance, avoiding burnout and helping podcasters flourish.
