Welcome back to the show Marcus.  Marcus first appeared on the show on the fourth episode on June 9th 2022.   I am always pleased to share progress of recovery as we go down our own paths of  recovery.  Staying sober is easier it is a matter of controlling what we can control and knowing not to blow a gasket when it is something we can not control.
