Soccer is officially back! The boys are officially back after a long three month hiatus! The English Premier League has announced that it will be returning to play on June 17. We will give all the updates that go with that announcement as well as the first two weeks of fixtures. With this long layoff, the league has decided to increase the substitution rule from 3 to 5.
