<p>This podcast is for those who battle PTSD, addiction, and other mental health issues. It’s also a tool for the support system of this podcast. I have spent so long in darkness before giving my life to Christ. Once I surrendered to Him everything changed. There isn’t a lot out there for people like me. This is more than “take your meds and pray.” We discuss different ways to cope, mindset changes, and everyday practices. Come with me on this journey. Saved…not soft, there’s a difference.
