Luke 8:26-39

How do you receive Jesus? During his time on earth, he was received with love by some, and rejected by others. Although his message was good news for all people, some people would rather ignore him than confront their own sin. While we want to be those who receive him with love, a part of us fights back against him and his message. That immature sinful nature

wants to focus on the pleasures of life now. But Jesus doesn’t let us go that easily. He comes to us with his message of freedom and encourages us to share that same message with others, to help them to welcome Jesus with open arms.
