How has this period of time effected you and yet ironically also made you better?  Has is up heaved your life but perhaps also put you on the exact path that you were intended?  

 There is so much goodness in sharing whether it be feelings, emotions or ideas. I truly believe we can benefit from one another in taking the time to listen to each other with open ears. So please if there is something you would like to say, express, maybe a beautiful experience that you were blessed to have during this time. Any light and love will be greatly appreciated and shared with the same intention. That means in your own life as well, if you suddenly feel the need to share something with a stranger while in line at the grocery store... maybe your being drawn to say it because they really need it. Has some seemingly random person been that for you in a moment you really needed a pick me up?
