I lost my dad in 2021 due to a sudden cardiac event. my goal here is simple to help talk through life’s ups and life’s downs, giving real life stories and experiences helping you learn coping strategies, mental health resources, mindfulness activities and a place to escape too whilst relaxing with some headphones in. excited for this new opportunity and I hope to see you seen.
