I designed this podcast to hold space for hard questions, allow ourselves to be vulnerable, courageous and create expansion within ourselves. Sometimes we will have guest, some others it’ll be just you and me.

I was born to transform myself over and over again, and I’m here to share my experiences and the experiences of those around me. This journey is for life. We will never reach a point where we can say. "Ah okay now I understand and know myself and the world completely" - because we are always evolving. It’s part of our nature.

But I believe that going through this journey together will make it so much better, easier, fun and we’ll create a community of people who understand the process, people who we will rely on.
