We at Flash/Black:Radio: would like to welcome you to what we hope is the beginning of a progressive movement for positive, proactive and productive change.  Our goals are simple:

* Change the narrative.  We do not have to accept or rely upon the narrative(s) the media projects of people of color.

* Be the change you/we seek.  We must look within for solutions to our problems and be proactive in the implementation of said solutions.

* Create productive dialogue.  Flash/Black will seek to inform and be informed.  Knowledge of today's issues, historical context and honest conversation is how we all grow and become better.
