The purpose of H.T.B.I.S.B. is to serve as a resource for performers at the beginning of their career (be it formal training or otherwise.) Working towards becoming professionals in the business of show.

The industry is 90% business 10% show, if not talent. You don't know what you don't know. There are things that we’re expected to know but aren’t always taught when you first join the business. In speaking with some of my contemporary peers and colleagues who’ve been in the biz for years. The consensus, when asked what they wished they had of been taught if not frequently discussed is the business aspect of the industry. From how to seek representation, getting headshots that won’t break the bank, and keeping up with continued training.

Through my continued journey (of successes and failures) as I grow and learn. I want to share key critical information that'll be beneficial to a performer's success. Your greatest asset when you walk into a room is knowledge if not preparation. In addition to my solo episodes, 'll be joined by Colleagues, mentors, and instructors along the way. Who'll share their journeys, lessons, and advice they've garnered along the way.
