Welcome to the introductory episode of Inspired By a Weeaboo, an anime appreciation podcast hosted by Katrina White. But instead of a panel of anime fans talking incessantly about what they like and don't like, this show twists the idea a bit and introduces anime to someone who isn't a typical fan.

Katrina's husband, Stephen White (Super Mega Crash Bros. Turbo/Cinema Salsa/As I Recall It) is the guinea pig of the experiment, being subjected to a full season of an anime chosen at random. Will he enjoy it and become a fan or will he despise it and tear it apart? That's all part of the fun! So strap in for the month of July and see if you too are inspired!
