Welcome to the first episode of the (Thoughts Unmuted?) podcast. I’m so excited to have you all join my podcast journey from the start and it means the world to me that you all clicked on this to listen.

This first episode isn’t very structured and as some of you may be able to tell I’m a little nervous, this will all change as I go along hopefully. I appreciate every single follow/like/comment so much- and love you all!!
