As I am just starting out in coaching I thought a podcast would be a good idea to tackle some of those areas that we could all use some clarity on! I work one to one with clients all on Zoom so everyone can stay in their comfortable place. It means you will be more likely to open up to me as a coach if you are feeling secure in your own environment.

I am not setting a regular timetable for pods, rather they will be done as and when. In life we all know that things don't always go to plan and that a busy working life can get in the way. So I think it's better to keep things free! I hope to record regularly though and cover a large array of topics!
