Inspired by becoming a new parent, I’ll be digging into topics like nutrition, exercise, mental health, emotional health, trauma, Faith, parenting, relationships and much more. 

With over a decade in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and a strength and performance coach, I’ve used exercise as a tool to manage my own mental and physical health along with helping others. My hope is by sharing my ever-evolving journey and ways to optimize our bodies and minds that I can help others gain more self-love and self-acceptance along with me. 

As a listener you can expect real and raw conversations with close friends and experts in their fields. You’ll also hear solo episodes from me discussing my own struggles and triumphs along the way.
