On Juan’s birthday, I am honored to announce the launch of my podcast, Courage & Purpose — a space dedicated to inspiring ambitious leaders to thrive in their careers without sacrificing their well-being or postponing their true desires. 🎙️

This launch holds a deeply personal meaning for me. Juan was passionate about pursuing greatness and creating a lasting impact. As the Career Connections Officer for his company’s Latino Business Resource Group (BRG), he encouraged me to speak on my perspective on the importance of “getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.” That mindset has stayed with me ever since—and it’s now the cornerstone of this podcast.

Courage & Purpose is my way of continuing Juan’s legacy by inspiring leaders to live intentionally, lead boldly, and create a ripple effect of positive change in the lives of those around them.

For me, taking bold steps in my career started when, as a product manager, my mentor believed in my “impossible” product idea and coached me through making it a reality. That experience shaped my career, ignited my passion for leadership, and showed me the power of stepping into courage with clarity and vision.

When Juan lost his two best friends, I began to reflect deeply on the legacy I wanted to leave behind. That reflection led me back to my roots in psychology, where I hold a master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Today, I’m honored to empower leaders to find clarity in their purpose, overcome burnout, and take the bold actions needed to create breakthroughs in their lives and careers. This podcast is my tribute to Juan—and to all of us who are striving to live life on purpose. 💡✨
