Welcome to the Fab after Fifty podcast. Leading the pro age conversation. I'm Ceri Wheeldon and ten years ago I set up the website, FabafterFifty.co.uk to provide resources and inspiration to women over 50, primarily because I believe women should feel and be fabulous at every age. Not fade into the background and become invisible. Over the past 10 years, we've covered topics as diverse as combating ageism in the workplace, becoming an empty nester, reinventing your life, the menopause, style, health, fitness, writing your first book , Setting up a business and genuinely thriving through life's changes over 50. Now I've spoken to so many inspirational women who have shared their own experiences or their own reinvention stories, or who are experts in various fields that can really help us to make the best of this stage of our lives. And I thought it would be fabulous to actually start sharing these moving forward in a new Fab After 50 podcast.
