The girls have been friends for going on 5 years now and have been there for each of their phases, stages, and seasons of life. They're excited to bring this podcast to all of you to share their stories, tips - sometimes backed in some science from their Psychology degree days - and the good honest sometimes hard to hear truth about learning to say no, learning to set boundaries in your life, taking up your space unapologetically, and starting your laundry list of non-negotiables that hits every facet of your life.
