The other day I had the good fortune of visiting the ancient Castlerigg Stone Circle, in Keswick—said to be around 4.5 thousand years old. To my surprise, there weren't too many tourists and the sun shined with so much warmth. So long story short, I decided to record a little welcome video for our new series 'The Being Present.' I hope the footage of this stunning place encourages you, as much as it did for me in real life. May these insights bring you some awareness to a more meaningful life. Enjoy being present! In my humble opinion, the only way to live
