The issue with the Memorandum, is that it is a hegelian dealiectic Solution to a problem the masses reacted to. "Political Violence" and "Domestic Extremism. The Problem? We have heard all of this before. Under Bush and Obama both. With The Patriot Act and with NDAA. Yet then, modern AI did not exist coupled with technocratic intentions. You have an active panopticon.
