It's the start of our study on Ephesians. And since the book of Ephesians is like opening a drawer full of delectable chocolate and told you get to eat all of it without any concern for calories, we're taking it slow. With today's episode focusing on Paul's introduction - Ephesians 1:1-2.

We talk about why it's Paul who gets to write this letter. And liken the first three chapters of Ephesians to a pep rally. So excited is Paul about this life we get to live in Christ, once he gets started, he can't stop.

Also, we talk about how Paul starts the letter. "To the saints..." To the moms and dads, brothers and sisters, kids, servants, slaves, and anyone else who's in Christ. (Including us.) Prepare to be encouraged friend. The book of Ephesians has much for us to consider and this is only the beginning.
