On this episode, The Podi is joined by two guests for this week’s conversation about women and women of color. In this two-part episode we focused on women, their struggles and the basic mode of communication that is constantly absent in a relationship and in general between men and women. We also go into colorism and its effect on the black community as well as relationships. The group goes into free flowing conversation about how to talk to women, women being accountable, how to communicate with women as well as women being better at vocalizing what’s going on with them and communicating what they need done and not expecting men to be mind readers.
