I wanted to create a space where we can celebrate one another for showing up strong in our lives. What that looks like for each individual may be different. How I show up strong in my life to someone else may be the easiest thing, but it was the hardest thing for me.

Creating this She Plays Strong space to celebrate these moments together, having no idea where it will go and not having it all figured out, but having faith and trust in myself to figure it out as I go, is me playing strong in my life. 

I wanted to create that space where we can genuinely celebrate how strong these moments are in our lives and embrace the power of you doing strong things. 

Here are a few questions I want to leave you with, 

• What does “She Plays Strong” mean to you?
• How does “She Plays Strong” show up in your life?
• What do you want to do that you’ve been holding yourself back from doing?
• How are you celebrating your accomplishments today?
